Main Practice Areas
Tax Law
We work in several areas of Tax Law, like tax consultancy, tax litigation and tax arbitrage. In what concerns tax litigations, our work covers tax process and procedure including representing our clients in crime processes, customs processes and against Social Security.
Labour Law
We advise our clients in several labour areas, including labour litigation. We support our clients in the termination of a working contact, in individual or collective dismissal as well as disciplinary procedures inspections and working accidents.
Intellectual Property and Copyright
We offer counsel to protect copyright and related rights, protecting intellectual creations in the areas of literary, scientific and artistic creation through patent and brand registration.
International Law and International Private Law
Foreigner’s rights and conflict of Laws. We offer assistance in nationality processes and in the legalization of foreign citizens. Consultancy in the creation of legal solutions in foreign jurisdictions.
Criminal and Corporate Criminal Law
We act in several areas of Criminal Law such as tax and social security serving our clients in criminal or anti-regulation processes, mainly in the area of corporate criminal law.
Litigation
We support our clients in small or complex litigation including in cases of debt collecting.

Family and Inheritance Law
We support clients in divorce situations, parental rights, wills and inheritances.
Real Estate/Registrations and Notary
We offer assistance to investors in real estate operations, we advise our clients in the licensing of habitational and touristic, we negotiate and draft agreements relating to these transactions. We have a registration and notary department to formalise the transactions e to do all acts attributed by Law to lawyers, such as certifying private documents.
Legalization of documents (public deeds), setting up of companies, registrations, certification of signatures.
We also act in the area of urban planning.
Corporate and Commercial Law
We advise our clients’ companies and their Managers in matters of governance and compliance. We support them in mergers, acquisitions and de-mergers.
We draft corporate agreements and contracts.
In terms of insolvency and bankruptcy, we have experience company recovery and bankruptcy processes.
